Governments around the world have issued restrictions on travel, gatherings, and meetings in an effort to limit and slow the spread of the virus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Regarding this situation, the International Electronics Symposium (IES) 2022 will be held on hybrid conference, that is on-site conference (physical presence) and an online option (virtual participation). The guidelines, how to do physical presentation and virtual presentation, can be accessed in this <span class=\"s1\">link:<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"s3\"><b><a href=\"https:\/\/ies.pens.ac.id\/2022\/guidelines-for-presenter\/\">Guidelines for Presenter<\/a>.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">We will explain the procedures for authors <b>who choose virtual conference<\/b> as follows.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;28px|||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Virtual Conference Guideline<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.14.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The IES 2022 committee has chosen to use ZOOM as the virtual conference media. Optionally videos may contain a shot of the speaker&#8217;s head for increased engagement. (This shot should be thumbnail-sized and overlayed on the slide images as shown <strong><u>here <\/u><\/strong>(link: https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=D8JV3w4TOVw)). Many presentation software allows recording audio and video directly in the application and can export appropriate video files. Please see the notes below for detailed instructions for PowerPoint and KeyNote.
