  2. The Registration fee applies for 1 (one) paper under a 1st author, and additional papers are allowed with 50% of charge of the registration fee under the same 1st author.<\/li>\n

    2. All review processes are double blind reviews.<\/li>\n
    3. To ensure the double blind review process,\u00a0<\/span>please do not enter the author names in the paper\u00a0<\/strong>that is going to be reviewed. Keep the author fields as it is. The author names are required for final paper (camera-ready) version.\u00a0<\/span>The complete author names must be inserted at EDAS system<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span>The author names and its position can\u2019t change after reviewed by reviewer.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. All the final manuscript papers have to go through the file conversion (become PDF file) offered by IEEE PDF eXpress<\/strong>.       The selected papers will be recommended for journal publication. High-quality papers will be nominated for Best Paper Award. The accepted papers with improved version will have opportunities for consideration for journal publication.<\/p>\n
