Sritrusta Sukaridhoto, Ph.D.

Sritrusta Sukaridhoto received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering, computer science program from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Indonesia, in 2002 and the Ph.D. degree in Communication Networks Engineering from Okayama University, Japan, in 2013. He joined at Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia, as a lecturer in 2002, and He became an Assistant Professor in 2011, respectively. He stayed at Tohoku University, Japan, in 2004, as a visiting researcher. From 2017, He becomes Head of Human Centric Multimedia Lab, received several research grants, and also has several collaboration with government, and industries. He is a technology enthusiast, his research interests include computer networks, human-centric, immersive multimedia, and Industrial Internet of Things. He has received several academic awards, best paper awards, and IEEE Young Researcher Award in 2009. He is a member of IEEE.

Starting as an IoT Engineer, Hanggar quickly advanced through impactful roles as a Project Manager, and subsequently held leadership positions as Business Development and Sales Director. This diverse background, spanning technical implementation to strategic growth and client engagement, makes Hanggar a highly insightful and engaging speaker on the evolving landscape of industrial innovation and digital adoption.

Ali Fikri

Molca Teknologi Nusantara

Ali Fikri is the founder and CEO of Molca Teknologi Nusantara, a leading industrial tech company based in Indonesia. With a dual background in Electrical and Industrial Engineering, Ali brings a unique systems perspective to digital transformation in industrial environments.

He holds academic and professional experiences across top institutions including ITS, Institut Teknologi Telkom, Brown University, and RWTH Aachen. Over the past 8 years, Ali has led more than 250 industrial projects, including 6 years building and successfully exiting a prior industrial tech startup.

Under his leadership, Molca develops integrated solutions such as Digital Twin and VR Savior, solving real-world problems in operational efficiency, industrial safety, and smart manufacturing.
