Felix Pasila, PhD

Felix Pasila holds a PhD in Robotics and Automation from the University of Bologna, Italy, with specialization in Artificial Intelligence. In addition to his role as Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering at Petra Christian University, he is the Director of Petra Digital Institute which produces Petraverse LMS Gamification, a market place platform for metaverse in education. Felix holds more than 30 patents and a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Topic: Experience and Digital Module Implementation

Felecia’s professional foundation lies in Industrial Engineering, a degree she received from the National University of Singapore. Yet, her true passion lies in startups and technology. She serves as one of the co-founders of Petra Digital Institute, where she is actively involved in designing the Petraverse Learning Management System (LMS) and digital module content from the ground up. The core belief at Petraverse is that if students can experience learning in a way that resembles playing games – enjoyable and engaging – they will willingly embrace education.

Hannah Schepper

Topic: The Potential of a Community-Based 3D Scanning Database Application

Hannah Schepper specializes in designing cross-platform experiences that integrate music, visuals, and interactive elements, with over 2 years of experience at Universal Music Group in Music Programming. Before her current role, Hannah worked as a Working Student at Axel Springer’s Media Impact, where she honed her skills in digital product marketing and developed a keen understanding of interactive advertising media. Currently, Hannah is pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Media and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication Management with honors. She is interested in UI/UX Design, AR/VR, and emerging digital trends, aiming to enhance immersive experiences and strengthen connections between artists and their audiences.

Levent Bektas

Brandenburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany

Topic: The Potential of a Community-Based 3D Scanning Database Application

Levent Bektas is a digital media professional with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience. He is currently studying Digital Media at the Brandenburg University of Technology and working as a Direct Marketing Officer at the same institution. Levent is proficient in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and WordPress, and has specialized knowledge in the fields of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR). He is fluent in German, English, and Turkish. His career path also includes positions as a student assistant and student worker at Berlin Social Science Center.
